The four steps

  1. Free

    A free 20-minute call

You tell us how work reaches you and moves through your business: where enquiries come from, how visits get booked, what gets typed twice and what gets chased. We tell you where jobs and time are being lost, and what we’d do about it. If we can’t help, we’ll say so.

  2. Fixed quote

    We build it

You get a fixed price before we start, so you know the full cost. We rebuild your website and set up the systems behind it around the software, templates and prices you already use, test it all with you on real jobs, and set it running.

  3. 30 days

You try it for 30 days

The 30 days start the day your system goes live. If it hasn’t saved you time by then, or you’re just not happy with it, you get every penny back.

  4. Monthly fee

We run it from then on

One monthly fee, agreed upfront with your price. We host your website and your systems, keep them working, change them as your business changes and improve them as AI gets better, with no new build fee. Each month you get a short summary of what they did. No minimum term, cancel any month.

What the monthly fee covers

  • We run it

Hosting for your website and your systems, monitoring, and fixing anything that breaks. You never have to manage the tech.

  • We maintain it

Changes as your business changes: new services, job types, prices, templates and wording, on your website and behind it.

  • We improve it

As AI models and tools improve, we upgrade your system so it stays current, with no new build fee. We also keep working on where your website shows up in search.

  • We report on it

A short monthly summary of what it did.

Questions

What happens on the free review?

It’s a 20-minute call about how work reaches you and moves through your business. We tell you where jobs and time are being lost and what we’d fix first, and if the honest answer is nothing yet, we’ll say so.

What does it cost?

Your website and the systems behind it are built for a one-off setup fee that depends on the size of the job. We give you a fixed quote after your review, so you know the full cost before anything starts. The setup fee is paid at the start. Once your system has been live for 30 days, if it hasn’t saved you time, or you’re just not happy with it, you get every penny back. If you keep it, there’s one monthly fee, agreed upfront with the quote, which covers running, looking after and improving all of it. There’s no minimum term, so you can cancel any month.

What does the monthly fee cover?

We host your website and your systems and keep them running, fix anything that breaks, change them as your business changes, keep working on where you show up in search, and upgrade them as AI improves, with no new build fee. You also get a short monthly summary of what they did.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. The system works between the software you already use, so nothing is replaced and there’s no new app for your team to learn. How directly it connects depends on what each piece of software allows. Where there’s a proper connection we use it, and where there isn’t we work alongside it. We tell you which before any work starts.

Will this replace our office staff?

No. It takes the repetitive jobs off them, like chasing tenants for access, following up quotes and sending invoices, so they have time for the work that needs a person.

Can you build something that isn’t on your list?

Yes. The systems on this site are common starting points, not a limit. If a task is repetitive, it’s worth a conversation.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We fix it. Keeping everything running is part of the monthly fee, so you never have to manage the tech yourself.
